Introduction
Stakeholder Engagement is a five-day practical course on building and maintaining productive relationships that affect your work. Work now involves more cross-functional and external dependencies. Poor engagement delays delivery, drives up cost, and damages reputation. This course focuses on tools and routines you can apply immediately: stakeholder mapping, targeted communication, negotiation, and simple measurement.

2. Design a concise stakeholder engagement plan with clear objectives, channels, messages, and owners.
3. Prepare and run meetings and communications that secure commitment and reduce resistance.
4. Manage conflict and negotiate trade-offs to keep projects and initiatives on track.
5. Measure and report engagement effectiveness with simple metrics and feedback loops.

- Participants are expected to engage in guided self-study, reading, or personal reflection on the day’s content. This contributes toward the CPD accreditation and deepens conceptual understanding.

- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
